Your enquiry
The optional enquiry form asks for your name, business name, business type, location, enquiry topic and message. Better Living Products Pte Ltd uses information you send only to reply to and handle your enquiry.
Saved on your device
When you open a WhatsApp enquiry using the form, your name, business name, business type and location are saved only in this browser on your own device to make later enquiries easier. The website does not submit the form to a BLP server. Use “Clear saved details” on the form, or clear your browser’s site data, to remove the saved details.
Sending your message
WhatsApp and email links pass the prepared message to the service you choose. Review it before sending. Once you send it, BLP receives it through that service; the message is no longer stored only on your device. WhatsApp, your email provider and hosting services operate under their own privacy terms. Language preferences are also remembered on your device. Google Fonts receives a request when a font is loaded.
